It's that time again! The most wonderful time of the year! AKA the time you can wear more sparkles, velvet, animal print, sequins and metallics than you can shake a stick at, possibly all at once if you really fancy, and still not be deemed 'too much'. Yes my friends, it's Christmas/ New Year party time! The pretty much three week window in which you get to frantically parade all of your festive spangly wears before they are to be packed away and never to be seen again for another year. So, I thought I'd take this opportunity to put together a party pieces look book for you with all of the inspiration you may need this party season. Whether you're a Twiggy wannabe (me), a leopard loving Mossy enthusiast (me) or a sucker for more sequins than Elton (also me) I got you covered, and I've also thrown in a bit of cutesy velvet and something a little more lady-like too. Don't say I don't spoil you! This was my most favourite shoot i've ever done with Bekky and we shot at the Moth club in Hackney which used to be an old working men's club. I've had many, many drunken nights there and it was the exact vibe I wanted for the shoot - a bit old, a bit rough around the edges and a bit rank, but also just DEAD GOOD. It has a definite seventies vibe too that I love and I'm so happy with how the images turned out. Scroll down to browse my five party outfits and I've linked everything so that you can shop each one as you go.
